Community IMPACT Movement was founded by Tameeka Heyward-Jackson through her desire to empower communities and to create a cohesive drive of accountability to the families and to those communities in need. Community IMPACT Movement is an organization that mentors the youth, coordinates agency services to bring in more assistance for the community, brings together agencies and organizations to have conversation in a roundtable style discussion on needs, brings awareness to the gaps in services and locates underserved needs within the community. With its beginnings in King George, Virginia in 2020 this organization will continue to develop programs in rural, urban and underserved communities exhibiting needs throughout the United States.
